ROME ART WEEK

Rome Art Week is an annual event spread throughout the city of Rome and totally dedicated to contemporary art, whose goal is to offer the public of passionate collectors and scholars an overview of the contemporary art proposal of the Capital, through events in exhibition spaces, artists' open studios and cultural projects completely free of charge organized specifically for the event and also to build a network between exhibition structures, artists and curators.

Rome Art Week is a unique opportunity to give prominence to voices that have a desire to emerge, an event that is totally free for artists and the consuming public.  An artistic-cultural event that is ready to welcome anyone who wants to discover the novelty of contemporary art, which allows us to see reality through new reflections and perspectives through direct contact with art. 

A varied and well-established program that focuses on different themes and topics each year.  Neverthelss it is also an opportunity to put Rome at the center of today's art scene and to emerge on par with other major European capitals, involving events and multiple activities in the city center and periphery, incorporating as many realities as possible and permeating the spirit and sould of the city.  

Galleries, Foundations, Museums, Cultural Institutions and Associations, Academies, Italian and foreign Cultural Institutes and independent research spaces open their doors for exhibitions, evens, talks, meetings, performances, in-depth studies and extraordinary openings.

ROME ART WEEK

Rome Art Week è una manifestazione a cadenza annuale, diffusa in tutta la città di Roma e totalmente dedicata all'arte contemporanea, il cui obiettivo è di offrire al pubblico di appassionati, collezionisti e studiosi una panoramica della proposta di arte contemporanea della Capitale, attraverso centinaia di eventi in spazi espositivi, open studio di artisti e progetti culturali completamente gratuiti organizzati appositamente per la manifestazione ed inoltre di costruire una rete tra strutture espositive, artisti e curatori.

Rome Art Week è un'occasione unica per dare rilievo a voci che hanno voglia di emergere, un evento totalmente gratuito per gli artisti e per il pubblico fruitore.  Una manifestazione artistico-culturale che è pronta ad accogliere chiunque abbia voglia di di scoprire le novità nel campo dell'arte contemporanea, che ci permette di vedere la realtà attraverso nuove riflessioni e prospettive tramite il contatto diretto con l'arte.

Un programma variegato e consolidato un'opportunità di porre Roma al centro della scena artistica odierna, capace di emergere al pari delle altre grandi capitali europee, coinvolgendo con gli eventi e le molteplici attività il centro e la periferia della città, inglobando più realtà possibili e permeando lo spirito e làanima della città.

Gallerie, Fondazioni, Musei, Enti e Associazioni culturali, Accademie, Istituti di cultura italiani e sgtranieri e spazi indipendenti di ricerca aprono le porte proponendo mostre, eventi, talk, incontri, performance, approfondimenti e aperture straordinarie.
